Erwin Echavez, an Engineer. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and licensed as a Mechanical Engineer in the Philippines in 1988, worked in Saudi Arabia for 5 years building plants, oil refineries and pipelines before migrating to the United States. Became the President, Responsible Managing Officer and Licensee of a construction company in California called Ground Up Builders Inc with licenses to engage in General Building Construction (B), Electrical (C-10), Plumbing (C-36), HVAC (C-20), Acoustic and Insulation (C-2) and Fire Protection (C-16) from 2006 to 2014, while working as an Engineer at Fresno's biggest and level one Trauma Hospital in Central Valley, for 22 years. Had a work related injury in 2019 which resulted in a permanent lifting weight restriction that led to a work displacement in 2021. Against odds, now has reinvented to become Engineer Real Estate Agent.
